Shoot 'em down

The U-Men 12" (1984)
Years before grunge would take the world by storm, the U-Men were top dogs in Seattle. Solid Garbage Can Action...

We'll start things off with a couple of Seattle items:

U-Men 'Solid Action' 7" (1986)
This has been posted over at Last Days... along with their 'Freezebomb' single (and a Crows 7"). Great frenzied rock featuring future Gas Huffer and Crows members. Read more about them here. This single was put out by the good folks at Fallout Records. Go buy the 'Solid Action' CD.

Nights and Days 'Garbage Can' 7" (1988)
A garage mod classic that came out around the dawn of grunge. Rob Vasquez has created many great bands since: The Night Kings, Gorls, The Chintz Devils, Right On and most recently Nice Smile.
Nights and Days info can be found right here.
