Shine's like the sun

The Greenhornes 'East Grand Blues' (2005)
A short EP is all there's been to hear from these greenhornes since the rhythm section became raconteurs with Jack White. Hopefully they're in the recording studio right now creating some more of this catchy garage rock meets British invasion.

When I saw this band they were opening for the White Stripes and I'd only heard of them. They were pretty good, but there was a bunch of people that didn't want to admit they were at a White Stripes show, those folks were there "to see the Greenhornes." Me? Some girl gave me a ticket as I was walking by the club so I was there to see the P-U-S-S-Y!

I saw them in Seattle just before Patrick and Jack went off with The Raconteurs and there were like 20 people. They seemed dissappointed, but rocked anyway.

I've got 'Gun For You' already, but thanks!
