Sweet little rock and roller

The Flamin' Groovies 'Slow Death' (2002)
This album represents all of the Flamin' Groovies self produced recordings from their incredibly creative transitional years post-TEENAGE HEAD and pre-SHAKE SOME ACTION 1971-1973, beginning with Roy Loney's departure from the group. -from the liner notes
Amazing high energy indeed!

I got the original 45 single of "Slow Death" when it was released back in the early 1970's. "Tallahassee Lassie" was the flip side - even better than the Eddie Cochran original. Great rockin' stuff!
